I grew up in a military environment. As a child, I was expected to maintain my room and assist with other household chores as needed. Tasks such as setting and clearing the dinner table, washing dishes, and sorting laundry taught me the value of attention to detail. When I left home and entered the working world as an adult, knowing how to clean helped me to demonstrate my work ethic and pride in a job well done.
While I cleaned at home growing up, it wasn't enough to prepare me for the rigors of cleaning professionally. I worked for a small, private agency as well as a national service provider to hone my skills and learn the value of managing my time and tasks to provide the best service possible.
Working for others was valuable, and I did my best to absorb all I could about cleaning homes and offices. What prompted me to start my service was a need to control my schedule completely. In the fall of 2004, I started advertising and by the start of 2005, I was booked solid. Since opening my own business, I have provided service for both residential and commercial clients. I took a break from cleaning from 2014-2020 and reopened in June 2020.
I specialize in tasks that others find 'boring' or repetitive, such as deep cleaning/ detailed cleaning, managing laundry, and organizing and rearranging spaces. I am available for residential cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, and seasonal schedule. I offer commercial services to small businesses by appointment only. I am currently accepting new clients and offer a 10% discount for seniors ( 60 +), military ( active or retired ), and first responders. I also give a discount for bundling multiple services and booking in advance.

My #1 goal is to exceed expectations. I'll admit it: I'm competitive. I want to be the best at anything I do, and that means paying attention to details that others might miss. My clients repeatedly share with me that they are happy to have found me and that they feel secure and can trust me because I strive to do things correctly the first time.
There is a saying in the military: "Smooth is slow, and slow is fast." This means that it is better to take the time to complete a task properly than to waste effort and energy going back to fix a problem that didn't have to exist.
Here's what you can expect when you choose to hire me as your cleaning and household support service provider:
1. Clear Communication. I will provide information about my services, availability, and pricing in a way that is easy to understand. At your estimate, I will listen to your concerns and offer services that are the most cost-effective option. I will be upfront with you if there are potential issues and work to resolve them. I will make it easy for you to get in touch with me directly by phone, text, or email, and when you contact me, I will respond as soon as I can.
2. Discretion and Respect for your Privacy. While I appreciate referrals, I do not discuss my client roster with anyone. I do not 'name drop' or seek to build my reputation by sharing details about the individuals I serve. While I am working in your home or office, I will always confirm which areas I am expected to work in and will not explore or 'accidentally' open doors to rooms or areas that are closed off.
3. Efficient, Predictable Patterns of Work. I will always tell you where I am going to start, and update you during service about which areas I plan to spend more time in that day. I work top to bottom, left to right, and will not 'double back' or crisscross your home. I will carry supplies from one area to another and will announce when I am moving to the next space. When I am done, I will announce my departure and allow you to review any areas of concern before I leave.
